Summer house is a 500,000 sq. ft. mixed-use tower with 18 residential floors seated on top of a five story parking garage in downtown Stamford. With existing buildings on all sides, this project was similar to a typical Manhattan project. WA redesigned the structural system to a modified staggered truss system that resulted in 40% savings to the owner.
