Structural steel, metal decks and concrete floors were used to frame the 430,000 sq. ft. luxury condominium in Park Slope. The foundation was supported on 90-ton piles and required close supervision since it directly adjoins the historic Old Stone House. Special coordination was required to secure NYCTA approvals.
