Gateway Elton Street is a 3-phase multi-building residential mid-rise with affordable apartments, ground floor retail and a community space. The buildings were frames with various structural systems such as masonry walls with plank flooring, steel framing with joist and metal deck flooring and in some cases, structural steel with metal deck and concrete floors.
