The 18-story, 119 luxury apartment building consists of steel braces and moment frames. Located just feet away from an NYC subway tunnel the structure required the design of special piles to meet MTA standards. A BIM model was used for the design, steel detailing, fabrication and erection of the building to reduce costs and accomodate for an extremely complex ground level floor incorporating commercial areas, outdoor swimming pool, and patio on top of an underground parking level.
