The Beacon Tower and the Beacon Mews consist of 198 units of affordable housing spanning 250,000 sq. ft. with approximately 9,500 sq. ft. of common area between the two buildings and accessory parking below grade for 64 cars. The building was constructed using plank flooring with masonry walls over a pile foundation. WA inherited a design that was over budget and managed to lead the project to a successful conclusion on schedule and within budget.
