Located on the corner of 14th Street, the 10-story 120 ft. building occupies 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial space directly on top of a subway tunnel. The superstructure is composed of structural steel and utilizes 220 ton battered piles wells as isolators above a NYC MTA tunnel.
