A collection of 54 one to three bedroom loft-style contemporary residences with iconic New York City views. Risign 25 stories high, the project called for a double-height residential lobby which required several columns to be designed unbraced at 20 ft. between the first and third floors. Our design utilizes a concrete superstructure.
