The 14-story tall LES development houses open space apartments featuring jumping terraces at the front with a modern glass façade and exposed concrete. The structure is composed of cast-in-place concrete on a pile foundation. Wexler Associates came up with a design incorporating steel tubes encased in concrete that resulted in graceful columns at upper floor apartments and supported a modern spacious layout.
