The former Pitkin Loew’s Theater in Brownsville, Brooklyn, will become a mixed-use development structured as a residential condo with nearly 84,000 sq. ft. of residential rental space, and a commercual condo wuth approximately 67,000 sq. ft. in the cellar, 23.782 sq. ft. on the first floor, 2,800 sq. ft. on the mezzanine, and 18,710 sq. ft. on the second floor.
