Housing about 2300 sqare ft. of restaurants and lounge space, as well as office and fitness centers this 45-story building is set to be the highest tower at the intersection of Chelsea’s Flower District and Silicone Alley. Rising 460′ above grade the 522-room hotel requires approximately 175,000 sq. ft. of cast in concrete and a foundation design that includes 520 Ton drilled caissons for support including loads generated by wind and gravity forces.
