This lavish 6-story residential building between Union Square and the East Village houses 3000 sq. ft. single apartments on each floor. Its facade offers a unique brick detail at each window that echoes the historic townhouses of Greenwich Village which required special structural design for relieving angle support and connection. WA oversaw similar work at an adjacent site and was heavily involved in the construction administration to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, thus benefiting both projects.
