A new 110,000 sq. ft. 10-story high-end residential building located in the heart of the flatiron/NoMad area. The cast-in-place concrete building includes spacious 2-bedroom apartments with a large penthouse on top. WA prepared the support of exacataion plans and secured NYCTA approvals.
