The 9-story Bradford includes 8 residential levels, commercial space on the ground floor and underground parking. The residential part is framed using masonry bearing walls and plant flooring. The commercial and parking components are framed using structural steel. Steel transfer girders were used at the second floor to support the change in layout from the residential component.
